Here at MC Cleaning Services Chester, we don't require you to set up an account, but we do require the following personal information:

In addition to the above information, when you book an appointment with us, we will ask for your full address, where the services are to be carried out.
We will also ask you to clarify the type of service you require or may have to visit your property before giving you a quotation and agreeing a suitable appointment date to suit you.
We request a contact telephone number, either Mobile, Landline or both. So that we can contact customers a couple of days beforehand as a courtesy reminder of their impending appointment, or on occasions, let them know of a reschedule/delay to an agreed appointment time.
You can of course decline to provide some of the above information, but this may affect my ability to fully deliver my services.
To assist with our marketing activities, we may ask and record where you saw or heard about our services, whether that was through social media, Leaflet, or through a personal recommendation.
Your details will be held within my manual work diary and also uploaded to my secure computerised database, which is retained at my home office. All records are also backed up daily via the cloud.
Your personal information will not be shared with any third party, without your permission.
At MC Cleaning Services Chester, we believe that you should have control of your information and you can of course withdraw your consent for me to process your information at any time. By withdrawing your consent, we will delete your information from the work diary and also our computerised files, and you accept that we will not be able to carry out any services from that point forward.
Any Invoices showing addresses or other personal information may need to be retained for tax purposes and for business compliance.
From time to time, We may seek your approval to take photographs of any service carried out, for use on our website https://mccleaningserviceschester.com or on our social media site Facebook, to help market our business.
We will never reference any owner details, such as names/addresses, on any photographs that are used. If you do not wish for any photographs to be used, you can simply just let me know.
At the end of each visit, we will reconfirm with all customers if they would like a follow up service, in which case we would keep your details on file to enable us to contact you beforehand to arrange a convenient date & time.
At any time, you may want to cancel any of our services and wish to be removed from our database altogether, we ask that you send a written request in advance to confirming your wish to cancel and your reason for this.
